Who owns the photos?
The photographer always retains the copyright to all images. You are granted a license to use the photographs according to the agreed usage rights. This is standard practice in professional photography.
What usage rights are included?
Personal branding sessions typically include usage for websites, social media, professional profiles (including LinkedIn), email marketing, digital press and editorial features.
Can I use my images for advertising?
Paid advertising, print campaigns, product packaging, book jackets or third-party use require an extended license. Additional usage can always be added if your needs change - just contact us.
