The organization operates a large network of clinics across New York State, established in 1975 by community leaders committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to underserved populations.

Our mission was to document the genuine warmth and community connection that characterizes the interactions between the staff and patients, resulting in a rewarding experience across various locations.
